Job summary

The Red Lion in Histon, on the outskirts of Cambridge, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. This role offers access to an Apprenticeship Scheme and culinary masterclasses, with opportunities to develop towards CDP while working in a welcoming pub environment.

What we look for in a Commis Chef

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
