Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

We offer a pathway to Sous Chef through our internal DNA programme, with benefits and a supportive, lively team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
