Riverstation, situated on Bristol's harbourside, is seeking a Commis Chef to join a team delivering fresh, quality dishes with pride and a welcoming service. The role offers access to apprenticeship schemes, culinary masterclasses, and staff discounts, alongside weekly pay and free meals.

You will work with a skilled team to produce high-quality dishes, learn new skills, and develop in a busy kitchen environment that values creativity and strong organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter (helping to prep and plate dishes).
• Passion for creating quality fresh food and a warm, welcoming kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be a strong team player with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily kitchen prep and cooking duties as part of the kitchen team.
• Support senior chefs to deliver top quality service and menu items.
• Demonstrate creativity and contribute to maintaining high kitchen standards.
• Show strong planning and organisational skills to complete day-to-day tasks.

What we look for in a Commis Chef:

We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
