Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HRBP in a commercial/consumer environment.
• Experience driving change initiatives to successful conclusions.
• Experience coaching commercial leaders to deliver people solutions.
• Strong knowledge of current UK employment legislation.
• Proven experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced global matrix.
• Ability to influence without formal authority at all levels.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Proven experience in delivery of talent development strategies.
• Ability to work remotely with autonomy and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive the HR agenda for the Commercial teams in Haddenham, UK to support growth and engagement.
• Support organisational design and recruitment and development processes to enable goals.
• Manage complex employee relations issues in partnership with managers.
• Collaborate with HR expert functions to deploy HR processes (Talent review, Engagement survey, Salary review, L&D).
• Work with the McCormick People Services Centre for HR admin services.
• Provide HR expertise to business programs and people aspects.
• Operationalize strategic HR initiatives at country/site level and multi-site as required.
• Participate in Regional and Global HR Projects to support Operational Excellence.
