TrustFord is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team and delivering an industry leading customer experience for both new and used vehicle customers.

You will analyse sales data, drive performance improvements, coach the team, ensure compliance, and work to meet volume and gross profit targets while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Controller or senior automotive sales role is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse sales data to drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience for new/used vehicles.
• Analyse and interpret sales data to develop plans to improve performance across key metrics.
• Oversee compliance and coach the sales team to raise standards of customer care.
• Deliver volume and gross profit targets.
