You’ll build rapport, meet sales targets, and promote add-ons while keeping up-to-date with finance options. A full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in target-driven retail sales with proven results.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed targets.
• Knowledge of finance options and sales processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and build rapport to identify needs and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit on each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction to promote long-term profitability.
• Telephone prospects and nurture existing customers.
• Promote add-ons such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Stay up-to-date with finance options and regulations to offer options.
