Pentagon Motor Group in Nottingham is recruiting a Sales Consultant to deliver a first-class customer buying experience. You will build rapport, meet sales targets and promote add-ons while providing exceptional service.

Day-to-day duties include talking with customers, prospecting, and staying informed about finance options. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers to identify needs and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet sales targets and maximise profit per sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership and group.
• Telephone prospecting of new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell add-ons such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Stay up-to-date with finance options and regulations to present options to customers.

What will you be doing?

• Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
• Effectively promote and sell additional items such as , paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sunday's being one of the days off.

• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.

The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
