Pentagon Group in Halesowen is seeking a Light Commercial Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. You will engage customers, build genuine rapport, and drive sales performance while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

The role involves meeting targets, promoting add-ons like GAP and protection plans, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of finance options. A full UK driving licence is required, with 5 days a week rota including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify needs and convert opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and maximise profit on each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership.
• Telephone prospecting of new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Keep up to date with current finance options and regulations to offer all available options.
