A Day in the Life

Based at our Bury Distribution Centre, you will support our Professional Products Division while earning your Level 3 Business Admin Qualification.

• Customer Care: Resolve partner queries via phone and email within agreed SLAs.
• Operations: Follow up on customer contacts and identify service improvements.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive departmental efficiencies.
