A Day in the Life As a Customer Care Apprentice reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will ensure our products reach customers seamlessly. You will:

• Order Management: Process customer orders and credits; resolve errors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Relations: Manage queries and disputes, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
• Collaboration: Coordinate information between Customer Care, Customer Supply Chain, and the Distribution Centre.

We Are Looking For An analytical, proactive collaborator with high attention to detail. Key skills from our L'Oréal Skills Library:
