Job summary

Jungheinrich UK seeks a Head of Commercial in Milton Keynes (Hybrid) to lead the Commercial Management and Pricing & Tender Management functions, delivering a unified strategy aligned with the 2030 growth plan.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Service to secure profitable, sustainable agreements, optimise pricing, drive tenders and improve forecast accuracy in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B sales and rental businesses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• IT literate.
• Experience in pricing and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Management and Pricing & Tender Management functions.
• Develop and execute a commercial sales steering strategy with margin management.
• Provide governance for ITS and Rental business cases and quotations.
• Drive pricing strategies to maximise revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with Sales to produce customer-focused quotations aligned with market pricing.
• Coordinate tender responses with Sales leadership.
