Job summary

CPL are partnering with a successful and well-established organisation to recruit a Senior Commercial Analyst / Finance Business Partner in Crewe. The role offers hybrid work (3 days on site) and reports to the CFO, delivering high-impact financial insight to influence strategic decisions.

You will analyse revenue, margins and performance, build forecasts and dashboards, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or Operational teams.
• A strong understanding of margins, profitability and commercial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The confidence to challenge and influence senior decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing
