Boyes Turner LLP in Reading is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join the Commercial & Technology Team. You will handle commercial contracts, data protection, and technology-related matters for UK/EMEA clients, including SaaS, cloud solutions, and AI.

The role supports cross-border transactions and long-term client relationships, with a focus on practical, commercially-driven advice in a dynamic team environment.

Formación

• Excellent training and a solid understanding of key commercial areas including contract law, data protection, AI, consumer law, intellectual property and competition law.
• Experience advising on contractual risk, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.
• Interest or experience in digital media, data and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Advising on commercial contracts with international aspects, including manufacturing, distribution, outsourcing, SaaS and AI.
• Provide data protection and privacy guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Support corporate acquisitions and restructurings with commercial input as needed.
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
