Slater Heelis is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to work alongside our Head of Department, handling a broad range of commercial matters for a diverse client base and developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will advise on commercial agreements, IT/Tech matters, and data protection, while contributing to business development and client relationships within a flexible hybrid culture.

Qualificações

• Experience advising on commercial law, IT/Tech and non-contentious IP matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements.
• Able to manage a varied workload and provide pragmatic commercial advice.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on supply, distribution, agency and service contracts.
• Provide commercial support on corporate transactions.
• Assist clients with business-to-business arrangements and risk management.
• Advise on terms and conditions, trading arrangements and policies.
• Support data protection and data compliance matters.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
