Qualifications

• Solicitor with 1+ PQE in Commercial Law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of data protection, IP, consumer and competition law.
• Interest or experience in digital media, data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts (manufacturing, distribution, outsourcing).
• Handling technology contracts (SaaS, cloud, website/app development, hosting, AI-related matters).
• Advising on digital media, e-commerce, data protection and licensing.
• Providing specialist commercial support on corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
