Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE in Commercial Law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of data protection, intellectual property, consumer and competition law.
• Interest in digital media and technology.
• Proactive, commercially minded with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to develop business and work collaboratively in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including manufacturing, distribution and outsourcing agreements.
• Handle technology contracts such as SaaS, cloud, hosting and app development.
• Advise on digital media, e-commerce, advertising and sponsorship matters.
• Counsel on data protection and data privacy issues, data licensing and exploitation.
• Provide specialist support on corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to grow the department.
