A leading regional Legal 500 firm in Reading is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading. You will advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP matters, software development, licensing, IT and outsourcing agreements.

Candidates should have 1-3 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well-regarded firm; exposure to the technology sector is useful.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well regarded firm.
• Exposure to the technology sector would be useful.
• Local to the Reading area with agile working 2-3 days a week in the office.
