eNL Legal in Leicester is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join a growing team. You will advise on commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters for a diverse client base and manage a varied workload, including contracting and advisory work.

Formación

• 1-5 Years PQE; Newly Qualified considered for commercial seat.
• Background in commercial contracts and interest/experience in tech, IP or data protection.
• Commercial mindset, technically capable, able to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong drafting, attention to deadlines, and client development mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on commercial agreements and business-to-business contracts.
• Manage own caseload and assist with complex instructions.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the firm's profile.
