Job summary

Tilo Consulting is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing) in Bristol. The role focuses on contract management, order processing, and customer management, working with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service across the order life-cycle.

You will support contract negotiations, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with regional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, sales support, order management or customer service environment.
• Experience using order entry systems, ERP/MRP platforms, or similar business systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Review contracts to identify commercial, financial, operational, and logistics requirements and support negotiations.
• Order Management: Process orders across regions, ensure accuracy of products, pricing, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Customer Management: Provide proactive support and timely updates, manage queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
