Job summary

Evolito Ltd is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join the Commercial Team in the UK. The role covers sales administration from quote generation through to customer deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with NDA requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate orders, liaise with Production, Finance and customers, and maintain CRM data to support smooth order fulfilment and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with product configurations and part numbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate orders from quote to delivery.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order process.
• Coordinate sales administration from quotation to delivery.
• Maintain accuracy of sales documents under NDA.
• Coordinate product deliveries and client communications.
• Support trade shows and customer-facing events.
• Liaise with Production, Finance and ERP for orders.
• Manage returns and return authorisation.
