Qualifications

• Experience in junior commercial or contract management roles.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost management and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of contract terms and construction industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight to ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
• Manage major commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all commercial and procurement processes are followed.
• Develop commercial procedures and drive continuous improvements.
• Draft and develop robust commercial documentation with legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across projects.
