Responsibilities

• Be part of a team that supports career progression into leadership from day one or in the near term.
• Lead and grow a Commercial Property team as appropriate, with the possibility of stepping in to lead from day one for eligible candidates.
• Manage a Commercial Property caseload (under supervision if necessary).
• Provide high-quality client service and commercially aware advice.
• Engage in business development and networking activities as appropriate.
• Demonstrate solid IT skills and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications / Background

• Have at least 2 years fee earning experience within Commercial Property.
• Be commercially aware.
• Display a drive to succeed and ambition to help grow a highly profitable and successful business.
• Be client focused.
• Demonstrate solid IT skills.
• An interest (or ideally experience) in business development/networking.
• Applications are open from Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegals (with full support/mentoring and knowledge-sharing from a highly experienced Consultant Solicitor) or a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (up to Partner level).
