A top UK law firm in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including investments, acquisitions, and lease matters. Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years PQE or relevant paralegal experience and a strong desire to grow within the firm. Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working in a team that works on a range of Commercial Property and Development matters for plc clients nationally and running your own caseload including:
The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 0–3 years PQE, is confident working part of a team and are looking to develop your skill set and progress internally. If you are at an NQ level, you will be required to have at least 6 months experience at a Paralegal level or have completed a seat during your Training Contract.
