Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Commercial Property Fee Earner for a multisite law firm in Liverpool city centre. You will bring at least 3 years' recent commercial conveyancing experience and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on handling a varied portfolio of property matters, drafting and reviewing documents, liaising with clients and lenders, and contributing to departmental growth.

An established, multisite law firm in Liverpool city centre is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Property Department.

You will have at least 3 years' recent commercial conveyancing experience and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational, communication and client care skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters
• Providing quotations and advising clients on costs
• Drafting and reviewing a range of property and security documents
• Conducting searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other parties
