Job summary

eNL is recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our Liverpool City Centre team. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with opportunities to develop your own client following.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial conveyancing, strong technical knowledge, excellent organisation and communication skills, and a client-focused approach to business

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide quotations and advise clients on costs, including SDLT.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer deeds and related documents.
• Conduct searches and report to clients and lenders.
• Liaise with mortgage lenders and professional contacts.
• Prepare title reports, financial statements and SDLT/LTT forms.
• Manage completions and post-completion requirements.
• Progress transactions to meet deadlines; identify new business opportunities.
