Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Commercial Property Fee Earner for a multisite law firm in Liverpool city centre. You will bring at least 3 years' recent commercial conveyancing experience and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on handling a varied portfolio of property matters, drafting and reviewing documents, liaising with clients and lenders, and contributing to departmental growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' recent commercial conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational, communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters
• Providing quotations and advising clients on costs
• Drafting and reviewing a range of property and security documents
• Conducting searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other parties
• Preparing reports on title and financial statements
• Completing SDLT/LTT submissions and post-completion work
• Handling transactions from instruction through to completion
