William James Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Development Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate and Development team in London. The role focuses on large-scale development schemes, regeneration projects and renewable energy matters.

You will advise on development agreements, option and promotion agreements, and collaborate with developers, landowners and investors. This hybrid role offers a clear progression framework, excellent client exposure and a supportive, high‑quality work

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property
• Experience in a recognised Real Estate or Development team
• Strong knowledge of development transactions and property matters
• Exposure to infrastructure, regeneration or renewable energy projects advantageous
