The successful candidate will handle large-scale development, infrastructure and renewables projects within a leading Real Estate team, with direct client exposure and significant responsibility.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path and an attractive package for a 5+ PQE solicitor looking to specialise further in development schemes and major infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial property or development.
• Experience in development transactions and infrastructure/renewable energy projects advantageous.

• Advising on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK
• Supporting developers, landowners and investors on strategic land and regeneration schemes
• Acting on renewable energy projects including solar, battery storage and wider energy infrastructure developments
• Negotiating development agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and associated documentation
• Supporting major transport and infrastructure projects
• Managing complex real estate transactions and stakeholder relationships
• Working alongside recognised specialists on nationally significant projects
