Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Co-ordinator (Manager Designate) in Corby to join its growing Contract Manufacturing team. The role involves coordinating varied projects, ensuring they are delivered to objectives, with broader exposure to project management, manufacturing, and commercial analysis.

We are looking for a commercially minded graduate with 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years workplace experience or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environment desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from requirements through delivery.
• Support commercial and operational data analysis.
• Work with internal departments, customers and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, margins and commercial performance.
