Job summary

PDI International is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator (Manager designate) to join the Contract Manufacturing Team in Corby. Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing Director, you will oversee and manage bespoke and ongoing projects to successful delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a business or engineering/manufacturing background with 2–3 years’ experience, strong numeracy, Excel prowess, and the ability to work across departments and with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Business graduate or engineering/manufacturing background with 2–3 years' workplace experience.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills, and proficient Excel usage.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and project coordination.
• Ability to work independently and in multi-departmental teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage bespoke and ongoing projects to successful delivery.
• Lead New product set-up & implementation projects.
• Manage customer agreements and contract terms.
• Perform sales & profit analysis and regular reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory/certification process management.
