Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Co-ordinator (Manager Designate) for their Corby site. The role focuses on coordinating a range of bespoke and ongoing projects within the Contract Manufacturing team, delivering against agreed objectives.

The ideal candidate will be organised, commercially aware and analytical, with 1–2 years' experience, preferably in manufacturing, and strong Excel and communication skills to liaise across departments and with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Around 1–2 years' workplace experience or equivalent.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment and understanding of related processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of financial and budget considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proactive and flexible approach.
• Willingness to learn new skills quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery.
• Gather, analyse and present commercial and operational data.
• Work with internal departments, customers and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Support opportunities to improve processes, margins and commercial performance.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
