Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Programme and Commercial Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects in the UK, with a strong focus on time, cost and quality. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and client interface within a hybrid working policy.

The successful candidate will apply NEC contract experience, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive value while maintaining safety and quality standards across the lifecycle of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or project management.
• APM qualification preferred.
• Full Membership, or working towards MAPM, MCIWEM, MICE, MCIOB, MRICS etc.
• Experience of contracts terms and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time within cost and quality.
• Embed sustainability principles across delivery.
• Manage health, safety and wellbeing on site.
• Coordinate contract requirements (NEC/ICIHEME) and design solutions.
• Lead change control with time, cost and quality impacts.
• Maintain effective governance and reporting to Investment Committee.
• Ensure clear communication across client, team, and supply chain.
