SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled senior Commercial / PMO (Client Side) lead to strengthen the capital programme delivery. You will manage time, cost and quality, mentor a growing team, and drive proactive commercial leadership to maximise client value and repeat business.

Hybrid working in the UK is offered. The role requires NEC familiarity and post-contract commercial services, with governance and reporting across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high value civil engineering, building, M&E, rail or infrastructure projects on the client side.
• Significant NEC experience with change control and associated processes.
• Post-contract commercial services including reporting, payment, variations, claims management and final account settlement.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Client Side Commercial team to manage time, cost and quality through to programme close out.
• Create and maintain a diverse, high performing team environment.
• Provide proactive commercial leadership to ensure timely reporting and contract deliverables.
• Minimise client risk and maximise client value to generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with Client processes and governance.
