Softcat plc is expanding its Alliances team in the United Kingdom. The HPE Alliance style role focuses on developing and executing vendor alliances, reviewing market opportunities, and driving growth through strategic joint business plans.

The successful candidate will work across functions to align vendor strategy with Softcat’s technology propositions, delivering compelling content and participating in QBRs.

• Collaborate with Commercial Enablement and Alliance Lead on GTM strategies and initiatives.
• Build internal/external relationships and provide first-line support for vendor escalations.
• Align partnership strategies with customer opportunities through cross-functional teamwork.

Partnering with HPE to drive strategic growth across Hybrid Platforms

The HPE Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing one or more vendors within key technology areas. In this role, you will be required cross-functional collaboration to meet partnership goals, build strong relationships, and lead new initiatives.

As the HPE Alliance Manager, you'll beresponsible for:

• Developing, reviewing, and executing Joint business plans in partnership with Commercial Enablement
• Preparing content, leading discussions, and delivering presentations for QBRs
• Working closely with Commercial Enablement and Alliance Lead on sales enablement plans, GTM strategies, and partnership initiatives
• Building strong internal and external relationships and provide first-line support for vendor-related escalations
• Aligningpartnership strategies with customer opportunities by collaborating with BDRs

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing collaborative partnerships and vendor relationships
• Ability to lead & engage business reviews and discussions with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant Sales and Technical certifications to support continuous learning
• Skill in fostering inclusive, cross-functional relationships both internally and externally
• Ananalytical approach to partnership performance, with strong attention to detail and task prioritisation
