Job summary

Northamber PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Support Executive to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Commercial team. The role focuses on pricing updates, vendor information, promotions, product setup and reporting.

You will work across Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Marketing to ensure data accuracy, timely handling of bids and commercial requests, and smooth coordination of vendor rebates and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Product & Pricing Administration: maintain product and pricing data, set up new products, process price lists.
• Vendor & Commercial Support: administer vendor relationships, maintain documentation, support reviews.
• Bid & Deal Administration: support vendor bids, track expiries and pricing.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce commercial and product reports, support monthly reviews.
• Stock & Purchasing Support: assist with stock reporting and promotions.
• Sales Support and Marketing Coordination: provide pricing, product details for campaigns and updates.
