Job summary

Performance.io Ltd. in London is seeking a Junior Commercial Operations Executive to support forecasting, pricing and CRM data management across the business.

You’ll work with client-facing units and Marketing on proposals, budgets and lead generation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in templates, SOWs and reports. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role with exposure to senior directors and real impact on commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in business analytics or commercial operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Strong numerical/analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team player with strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly financial forecasts, board packs and reporting material.
• Maintain data accuracy across reporting templates.
• Assist in creating budgets, SOWs and proposal documents.
• Support pricing analysis and commercial frameworks.
• Maintain CRM data and Salesforce pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and lead generation.
• Support cross-functional pitches and project timelines.
• Identify and integrate technology, automation and AI tools.
