What You'll Be Doing:
As Commercial Manager, you'll own the P&L and lead the commercial strategy across a network of key distributors in the MEA region. This isn't just about hitting numbers-it's about building true partnerships, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying the right levers for sustainable growth.

You'll work closely with regional distributors, supporting them on everything from pricing and planning to in-market execution. You'll be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing, ensuring the brand shows up brilliantly in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of commercial performance and distributor relationships across MEA
  • Co-developing annual business plans, investment strategies, and in-market execution
  • Driving forecast accuracy, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
