Commercial Manager – Sponsorship (Conference Background)
Remote – UK
Base Up to £55,000 + OTE £100,000
Key responsibilities:
- Sales strategy and operations: Review and implement structured sales strategies to support sales performance and scalability across the team.
- Sales management: Achieve sales KPIs related to activity, revenue, and account management.
- Product conception and delivery: Represent clients in internal discussions to enhance product performance.
- Direct sales: Lead sales campaigns personally.
- Client management: Manage key accounts and oversee rebooking meetings.
- Commercial analysis: Analyze vendor marketplaces and research new leads.
- Sales marketing: Collaborate with production, content, and marketing teams to develop sales strategies using business intelligence.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in a commercial role within B2B events/media, with high-value solution sales experience.
- Performance: Proven track record of meeting targets and recognized as a high performer.
- Product sales experience: Live events, webinars, reports, sponsorship, and exhibition booth sales.
- Sales knowledge: Understanding of sales techniques and experience in training sales teams is a plus.
- Strategy: Experience in building sales plans and contributing to business strategy.
