• Experience in commercial contract management within a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and contract negotiation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle to maximise operational and financial performance.
• Support development, negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring governance and processes.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and forecast cash flow; provide updates to leadership.
• Establish robust commercial strategies and controls from project outset across delivery teams.
