Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor/MQS/Commercial Manager looking for a true career opportunity?

Our client is an established Main Contractor with an impressive regional office located in Gloucestershire.
Our client operates within 3 key sectors: Data Centres, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes being of a new build nature, although they also deliver refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £80 million.

You will report directly to an Associate Director (Commercially biased) and have responsibility for the entire commercial team comprising 5 surveyors of varying levels.

About You:

• NEC form of contract is essential.
