MiTek Canada, Inc., is seeking a dynamic and motivated Connector Plate District / Regional Sales Manager in Western Canada to work from a home-based office.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
The ideal candidate would be located in Edmonton, Alberta however we would consider a candidate being in another Western province.
WHO WE NEED
A self-driven and accountable, high integrity individual with strong consultative selling and customer relationship building capabilities. The ideal candidate will grow and manage a territory maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and professionals and ensuring widespread acceptance of company solutions. They will stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product issues while prioritizing customer experience, profit, expense management and team collaboration.
The individual will possess a technical aptitude with knowledge of structural loading and design and the Canadian Construction Industry and ideally detailed knowledge of the truss industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment. They effectively act as a business advisor / strategic partner on product and technical knowledge, new software features, initiatives, services, machinery, and many other areas.
