About the role

The Commercial Revenue and Commercial Trading teams will drive the highest priority actions across the end-to-end customer lifecycle to deliver P&L growth in specific customer battlegrounds and segments. Responsibilities include acquisition activities, engagement campaigns to improve NPS, cross-selling, and retention strategies to increase overall household value.

The role's purpose is to drive consumer P&L by developing, testing, and scaling new Mobile and Fixed commercial and customer-centric offerings, aimed at improving conversions and customer acceptance, ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value. The role leverages advanced analytics, digital interfaces, and evolving propositions and capabilities. It is a key part of the commercial squad, focused on being faster, more flexible, and more adaptable to change. Additionally, the role supports commercial acquisition, leading into the SIM-free project, and provides pricing expertise, analysis, and insights to the Commercial team.
