CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Manager on a permanent full-time basis. Salary will be £57,500 along with a staff benefits package, and the role is based in Belfast.

The role: With a full copy of the Job Specification available on request, the Commercial Manager will:

1. Recognise new business opportunities and design bids to win new business.
2. Negotiate and agree on contracts.
3. Have full oversight of project financial management, take ownership of budgets, and control costs across large-scale projects.
4. Be strategically minded, driving and improving standards across the business.

The person: Minimum 15 years of Electrical Engineering experience with on-site and management experience. At least 5 years of commercial experience in the electrical industry. Proven contractual awareness and knowledge of implementing commercial management T&Cs. Driven, customer-centric, highly motivated, and adept at winning new business. Proficient in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel. Able to handle pressure, multiple clients, contracts, and methods of measurement. A proficient problem solver, able to anticipate and eliminate problems early. Full driving license and car for business purposes.
