A well-established law firm in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their successful commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years' PQE and a strong focus on providing solution-driven advice related to public procurement law. This role involves advising a range of clients, representing them in various dispute resolution processes, and fostering enduring relationships. Our client, a well-established, national Top 50 UK Law firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly successful commercial litigation team in Manchester.
This role is to work alongside their other commercial disputes lawyers specialising in public procurement, as well as lawyers in the commercial team, in providing support and advice in relation to public procurement law to clients including central and local government, national agencies, NHS bodies, education institutions, charities and utility companies, as well as suppliers to the public sector and utilities from SMEs to PLCs.
They have an impressive and growing client list and you will work closely with a number of the largest public sector bodies, as well as leading suppliers. They aim to provide clients with pragmatic and commercially focussed advice and we are looking for a lawyer who can put their specialist knowledge of procurement disputes into practice and find practical solutions to support our clients' objectives.
