CTS Group in the UK seeks an experienced Commercial Lead to oversee and drive commercial operations across the UK. The role focuses on growth, client relationships, major bids and contract negotiations, and ensuring profitable project delivery.

You will lead a high-performance commercial team across the UK, shaping strategy and working with senior leaders to deliver long-term growth in construction and data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Senior commercial leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, data centres, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record of driving growth and delivering strong commercial performance.
• Experience leading commercial teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of UK contracts, procurement routes, and commercial best practices.
• Experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define UK commercial strategy and lead growth initiatives.
• Lead bids, pricing, and procurement strategies.
• Oversee contract governance, risk management, and change control.
• Build and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
