Job summary

CRG TEC in the UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to establish and lead the commercial function as it moves from small maintenance contracts to £1-3M HV infrastructure projects.

You will review NEC contracts, manage risk and variations, support tenders, and develop processes with senior management.

Package includes £65,000–£70,000 base, car allowance, hybrid working, private healthcare, life assurance, discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, negotiating & managing NEC contracts from tender through to project completion.
• Managing commercial risk, variations, claims, valuations & cost forecasting to maximise project profitability.
• Supporting tender submissions, procurement & commercial strategy across a growing portfolio of HV projects.
• Developing commercial processes, controls & reporting as the business establishes its commercial function.
• Working closely with Operations & Finance to drive successful project delivery & strong financial performance.
• Playing a key role in shaping the future commercial structure & supporting the company's continued growth.
