Connect44 seeks a Head of Wireless Delivery in Manchester to lead UK wireless construction programmes and build a scalable delivery organisation. You will manage internal Build Managers, partners and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely delivery from handover-to-build through to final completion.

You will shape capacity, governance and performance across rooftop, tower, streetworks and greenfield sites, aligning with client requirements and commercial controls.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of wireless construction programmes across multiple sites.
• Experience mobilising blended internal and partner delivery.
• Strong governance and safety focus in construction delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own the UK wireless construction and build delivery strategy and governance.
• Lead the build function from handover-to-build through mobilisation and site execution.
• Develop and scale a partner and subcontractor network for civils, rigging and electrical works.
• Ensure partner capacity aligns to forecast site volumes and client priorities.
• Set scopes, deliverables, reporting and accountability across internal staff and partners.
• Lead construction mobilisation for new clients and projects with clear resource plans and controls.
• Oversee delivery across rooftop, tower, streetworks, greenfield and compound environments with compliance.
