Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in quantity surveying and project commercial management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for analysing, managing and reporting commercial data.
• Solid knowledge of NEC 3/4 contract administration.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured reports and present findings confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver commercial services to internal and external clients across water/environmental sector projects.
• Provide risk and commercial advice during bid and project lifecycle.
• Ensure suitable prospect governance is in place.
• Provide reporting and forecasting of project commercial performance with finance support.
• Carry out analyses of projects and report commercial/financial findings.
• Manage changes with focus on commercial implications and risk.
• Support commercial team’s business improvement initiatives.
