Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a book of small renewals each month. Our customers have individual needs and therefore require bespoke policies to meet their unique circumstances, which will involve liaising with insurers to ensure we provide the best possible solution for our customers.
You will spend most of your time on the phone speaking to our existing customers and insurers, guiding them through their renewal journey. It’s a fast-paced environment, and the ability to organise and manage your workload is key to success in this role.
