• Build rapport with new and existing clients across varied sizes, from sole traders to large organisations.
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy to support quoting.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and meeting FCA requirements.
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and analysis.
